Spooky and scary Halloween’s just around the corner, and it’s a great excuse to get totally unusual – with your costume and makeup, but also with your household decorations and party props. There also are several reasons not to sleep through Halloween (even in the year of 2016):
- People need to celebrate something right between the end of summer and Christmas.
- We got to make some sense to the crop of pumpkins which is collected each autumn and exceeds our nutritional requirements.
- Our children don’t have to be afraid of ghosts, bats, spiders, mummies and all sorts of unreal in our real world, so here’s the yearly immunisation.
- In each of us there’s an urge to make creative things!
