6. Frog paper plate craft

06-frog-craft

Supplies:
Paper plate
Green poster paint
Paintbrush
Green construction paper
Pink construction paper
Scissors
Wiggle eyes
Craft glue

Directions:
Fold your paper plate in half and paint top outside and bottom inside green. Set aside to dry.
Next, cut out 2 frog leg shapes and 2 frog arm shapes from the green construction paper. Hint — double up the paper to make the sets of arms and legs symmetrical.
Cut an 8-inch strip of pink construction paper to form a tongue — you can wrap it around your finger or a pencil if you want to make it a curly tongue.
Glue the legs and arms to the bottom of the plate and the tongue inside the frog’s “mouth.”
Finally, glue the wiggle eyes to the top of your plate to create a pair of cute peepers for your frog animal craft and it’s lily-pad ready.
